Academic Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and educational programs.
Understand students' academic backgrounds, career goals, and learning requirements.
Guide students in selecting suitable courses and programs.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into enrollments.
Explain course features, curriculum, fee structure, and admission process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Resolve student queries and provide excellent customer service throughout the enrollment journey.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong counseling and consultative selling abilities.
Ability to understand student needs and provide appropriate guidance.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Good negotiation and relationship management skills.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience in Academic Counselling, Admissions, Inside Sales, or Education Sales preferred.
