Role Description  This is a full-time, on-site Educational Counselor role based in the Pune Division. The Educational Counselor will interact with prospective and current students to understand their academic background, interests, and career goals, and guide them toward appropriate IT training programs. Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one and group counseling sessions, explaining course structures and career pathways, and supporting students in making informed decisions.

The role involves maintaining accurate records of inquiries and enrollments, following up with leads, and collaborating with trainers and administrative staff to ensure a smooth student journey. The Educational Counselor will also support outreach activities, participate in events, and provide feedback to improve counseling processes and student engagement.
Qualifications

Strong skills in Educational Consulting and Education, with the ability to explain academic programs, curricula, and learning pathways clearly.
Experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling, including guiding learners on suitable courses and career options in the IT sector.
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with diverse learners and stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, Management, or a related field.
Prior experience in an educational institute, training center, or career guidance role is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and a learner-centric mindset.
Ability to work on-site full time in Pune Division and manage multiple counseling interactions efficiently.
Basic understanding of IT training domains (e.g., software development, testing) or willingness to learn quickly.
