Remote (Mumbai/Pune Based)
Experience:
5–8 Years
Roles & Responsibilities :
Lead and manage the training team and ensure trainers follow training
schedules and processes.
Prepare and manage monthly/quarterly training calendars and training
rosters.
Conduct training needs analysis and identify skill gaps across departments.
Design and develop training programs on soft skills, communication, and
wellness coaching.
Deliver training sessions and workshops for employees.
Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and
performance tracking.
Manage training content, LMS modules, assessments, and learning materials.
Maintain training records, reports, attendance, and training databases.
Coordinate with HR, Operations, and department heads for training initiatives.
Manage external training vendors and training partners.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in Training & Development.
Minimum 2–3 years of team handling or managerial experience.
Experience in both conducting training and managing trainers.
Strong knowledge of training processes, tracking, and compliance.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
Experience in training effectiveness measurement and reporting.
Passion for learning, employee development, and people growth.
