Head, Office of the UNESCO Chair on Gender Inclusion and Skill Development, Symbiosis Skills and Professional University, Pune

We are seeking a dynamic academic leader to head the UNESCO Chair Office on Gender Inclusion and Skill Development, driving impactful initiatives in inclusive education, gender equality, employability, lifelong learning, and sustainable development

Key Responsibilities
Strategic leadership and institutional development
Research, innovation, and knowledge generation
National and international collaborations
Capacity building, training, and certification programs
Grant writing and project management
Policy advocacy and community outreach
Monitoring, evaluation, and impact reporting

Ideal Candididate
Ph.D. in Education, Social Sciences, Management, Gender Studies, Public Policy, Skill Development, Engineering Education, or related disciplines
Strong track record in research, publications, project execution, academic leadership, and stakeholder engagement
Experience in national/international collaborations and funded projects will be an added advantage
