HARP Technologies & Services Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its vision through HCCA – HARP Center for Career Advancement, a dedicated initiative focused on building industry-ready professionals through practical and career-oriented training programs.
We are looking for a passionate and student-focused Student Counsellor to join our growing team in Pune.
Location:
Tathawade / Bhumkar Chowk, Pune
Work Mode:
Full-time | On-site
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (One Weekday Off)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle student inquiries through calls, Whats App, emails & social media
Guide students regarding courses, career opportunities & placement support
Follow up with leads and convert enrolments
Support admissions, onboarding & batch coordination
Maintain healthy student relationships and engagement
Required Skills:
Graduate in any discipline
1-3 years of experience in Student Counselling / Admissions / Customer Service
Fluent communication in English, Hindi & Marathi
Strong interpersonal & convincing skills
Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, Whats App Business & online meeting tools
Preferred:
• Experience in EdTech / Training Institutes / Coaching Centers
• Basic understanding of professional certification programs
• CRM knowledge
