We are seeking an experienced and visionary High School Principal to lead our secondary education division and drive the school's continued growth and success.
Position Summary The High School Principal will be responsible for the overall leadership, administration, and academic performance of the high school section. The role requires a dynamic educational leader who can ensure high standards of teaching and learning, student discipline, faculty development, operational excellence, and stakeholder engagement while aligning with the school's vision and values.

Key Responsibilities Academic Leadership  Provide strategic direction for academic planning and curriculum implementation.
Ensure excellence in teaching methodologies, assessment practices, and student outcomes.
Monitor academic performance and implement improvement initiatives.
Foster a culture of innovation, critical thinking, and continuous learning.
School Administration & Operations  Oversee day-to-day functioning of the high school.
Ensure compliance with educational board regulations and statutory requirements.
Develop and implement school policies, procedures, and best practices.
Manage school resources effectively to support academic and operational goals.
Faculty Management & Development  Recruit, mentor, and evaluate teaching and administrative staff.
Conduct regular performance reviews and professional development programs.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
Drive teacher engagement, accountability, and retention.
Student Development & Welfare  Promote a safe, inclusive, and student-centric environment.
Oversee student discipline, well-being, and behavioral management.
Support initiatives related to leadership development, extracurricular activities, and career guidance.
Ensure safeguarding and child protection standards are maintained.
Parent & Community Relations  Build strong relationships with parents and key stakeholders.
Address parent concerns professionally and proactively.
Represent the school in educational forums, events, and community engagements.
Enhance the school's reputation through effective stakeholder management.
Strategic Planning & Growth  Contribute to the school's long-term vision and growth plans.
Drive initiatives to improve academic rankings, admissions, and student retention.
Identify opportunities for innovation and institutional development.
Monitor educational trends and implement relevant best practices.
Qualifications  Master's Degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
B.Ed. mandatory; additional educational leadership certifications preferred.
Minimum 10–15 years of experience in the education sector.
At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role such as Principal, Vice Principal, Academic Head, or equivalent.
