Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and goal-driven admission counselor to help aspiring students and working professionals choose the right career path.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Counsel prospective students and working professionals regarding career opportunities and training programs.

✅ Promote and guide candidates about our flagship programs:

Data Analytics
AWS & Dev Ops
Salesforce & Agentforce
Java Full Stack Development
Artificial Intelligence & Emerging Technologies

Handle inquiries through calls, emails, Whats App, and walk-in counseling sessions.
Understand students' educational backgrounds, career aspirations, and skill requirements to recommend suitable programs.
Explain course curriculum, training methodology, placement assistance, fee structures, and career opportunities.
Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, seminars, webinars, referrals, and other sources.
Convert inquiries into admissions and consistently achieve enrollment targets.
Support students throughout the admission process, including registration, documentation, and fee collection.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions using CRM systems.
Coordinate with trainers, placement teams, and management to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Build strong relationships with students and parents to enhance trust and engagement.
Participate in career counseling sessions, educational events, and promotional activities.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline

1–2 years of experience in:
Admission Counseling
Academic Counseling
Telecalling
Business Development
Sales
Customer Service

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation abilities
Target-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving results
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn

Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a sales-oriented mindset are also encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills
Experience in the Education, Training, Coaching, or EdTech industry
Understanding of IT courses and technology career paths
Experience in lead generation, follow-ups, and admission conversions
