Position: Counsellor / Career Counsellor – Tech Bodhi
Job Description  Tech Bodhi is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to guide students and working professionals in choosing the right IT training and career development programs.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a consultative approach to counseling, and the ability to convert inquiries into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities   Counsel students, freshers, and working professionals regarding training programs and career opportunities.
Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, Whats App inquiries, and walk-ins.
Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and referrals.
Explain course curriculum, career prospects, fees, and batch schedules.
Maintain lead records and update CRM systems regularly.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Coordinate with trainers and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.
Required Skills   Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong counseling, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.
Preferred Skills   Experience in Education, Training, EdTech, or Skill Development industry.
Knowledge of IT courses and technology career paths.
Experience in tele-counseling and admissions.
Experience   1 to 5 Years
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
