Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Preschool Teacher role based in Pune. The Preschool Teacher will design and deliver age-appropriate learning experiences that integrate play, music, and creativity while supporting social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Daily responsibilities include planning and conducting lessons, organizing classroom activities, observing and documenting children’s progress, and maintaining a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
The role involves regular communication with families about children’s development, collaborating with colleagues on curriculum implementation, and supporting school events and programs. The Preschool Teacher is expected to model positive behavior, uphold school policies, and contribute to a culture of respect and curiosity.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Early Childhood Education and Kindergarten teaching practices.
Candidates should possess skills in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development tailored to children aged 2–6.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with children, families, and colleagues.
Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Preschool Education, or a related field.
Experience working with young children in a preschool or early learning setting, preferably in play-based or music-integrated programs.
Ability to create inclusive, safe, and engaging classroom environments that respect diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
Strong classroom management, observation, and documentation skills, with attention to each child’s developmental needs.
Willingness to collaborate in a team, participate in ongoing professional development, and adapt to innovative teaching approaches.
