- English.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the English Department across classes II to XII.
Design, implement, and monitor curriculum plans aligned with educational standards.
Mentor and support English teachers through regular observations, feedback, and professional development initiatives.
Drive academic excellence and improve student outcomes in Grades IX–XII.
Coordinate assessments, examinations, and departmental activities.
Foster innovative teaching methodologies and a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate with school leadership to achieve academic goals.

Eligibility Criteria
Master's Degree in English (M.A. English) – Mandatory.
Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, preferably handling  Grades IX–XII .
Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum frameworks and assessment practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to drive academic excellence and student achievement.
Experience in curriculum planning, teacher mentoring, and academic quality assurance will be preferred.
