About the Role:

K12 Techno Services Pvt Ltd is looking for a proactive and results-driven Star Teachers for English, SST for Secondary. We are looking for teachers who are confident in their subject, enjoy teaching students, and can manage classrooms effectively and result oriented. Teach foundational skills that shape long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Primary responsibility is teaching
- Plan and deliver lessons as per the CBSE/ ICSE curriculum
- Explain concepts clearly to ensure student understanding
- Conduct tests, assessments, and assignments to enhance learning
- Provide regular practice and academic support to students
- Monitor and update student academic progress on a regular basis
- Maintain discipline and create a positive classroom learning environment
- Influence students academic and personal growth over several critical years
- Build long-lasting relationships with students for their academic level

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school
- Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
- Passion for teaching and student-centred learning

- English Teacher (Secondary):

B.Ed. – Mandatory

B.A. / M.A. in English – Mandatory

- SST (Secondary):

B.Ed. – Mandatory

B.A. / M.A. in Geography, Civics, History, Political Science, Economics, Social Science – Mandatory
