Instructional Designer

What You Will Do:

· Assist in the design and development of instructor-led training, virtual learning, e-learning, and blended learning solutions.

· Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to gather, organize, and validate training content.

· Support the creation of participant guides, facilitator materials, job aids, presentations, assessments, and other learning resources.

· Apply instructional design standards, templates, and branding guidelines to learning materials.

· Help develop clearly defined learning objectives and basic measurement strategies.

· Update and maintain existing training programs and learning assets based on business needs and stakeholder feedback.

· Support quality assurance reviews to ensure training content is accurate, consistent, and learner-focused.

· Assist with learning management system (LMS) administration activities, including course uploads, testing, and reporting.

· Participate in project meetings and provide status updates on assigned tasks and deliverables.

· Stay informed about instructional design best practices, learning technologies, and emerging industry trends.

Education & Experience
0-2 years of experience in instructional design, learning and development, education, training, or a related field.

Must Have

Skills:

· Basic understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design concepts.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

· Internship, academic, or professional experience creating learning materials or training content.

· Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).

· Experience with authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar platforms.

· Experience creating presentations, multimedia content, or educational resources.

· Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive learning practices.
