We are looking for a proactive and motivated Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Engineer to join our team in Pune. The role involves working on rooftop solar projects currently, with opportunities to contribute to future ground-mounted solar projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor solar plant performance to ensure optimal energy generation
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of solar PV systems
Identify faults and coordinate with site teams for quick resolution
Maintain records of energy generation, system performance, and downtime
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
Conduct routine inspection and cleaning of solar panels and equipment
Prepare and submit regular performance reports
Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and maintenance equipment
Coordinate with clients regarding maintenance schedules and updates
Troubleshoot technical issues to minimize system downtime

Key Requirements:

Diploma / B.E. /

B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or related field
1–2 years of experience in Solar O&M (rooftop preferred)
Basic understanding of solar PV systems and maintenance practices
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Willingness to travel across Maharashtra for site visits
Candidate should be based in Maharashtra (Pune preferred)
