Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage end-to-end event execution including budgeting, timelines, and logistics
Coordinate with vendors, venues, sponsors, and internal stakeholders
Manage event operations such as registrations, setup, on-ground coordination, and post-event follow-ups
Ensure events align with brand objectives and quality standards
Handle contracts, negotiations, and vendor payments
Track event performance and prepare post-event reports
Manage risks and troubleshoot issues during events
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
4–8 years of experience in event planning or event management roles
Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills
Experience managing corporate, marketing, or large-scale events
Ability to manage budgets and multiple projects simultaneously
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required
