Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the position of Guest Relations Executive located in Pune. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for welcoming guests, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a high-quality guest experience. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer interactions, handling receptionist duties, maintaining records, and supporting sales inquiries. Qualifications
Proficiency in Guest Relations and Customer Service
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Experience in Sales and Client Engagement
Capability to efficiently handle Receptionist Duties
Professional demeanor and ability to create a welcoming environment
Organizational skills with attention to detail
Prior experience in the real estate or hospitality industry is a plus
