Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
1. Client Communication & Relationship Management
Assist in handling  client inquiries, follow-ups, and regular communication .
Ensure timely updates to clients regarding event progress and requirements.
Maintain strong  client relationships  to encourage repeat business.
2. Event Coordination & Execution
Work with  internal teams (design, production, and operations)  to fulfill client requirements.
Ensure all client deliverables are met, including branding, logistics, and event flow.
Assist in vendor coordination and logistical arrangements for smooth execution.
3. Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution
Support the Client Servicing Manager in addressing  client concerns or last-minute changes .
Assist in coordinating with internal teams to  resolve execution challenges quickly .
4. Budget & Documentation Support
Help in preparing cost estimates, budget breakdowns, and approval documents.
Track event expenses and support post-event billing and documentation.
5. Post-Event Client Engagement
Assist in conducting  client feedback surveys and post-event reporting .
Document feedback and share insights with the internal team for improvements.
