EHS Officer; Female

Position: EHS Officer (Female)
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive  Female EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) Officer  to ensure a safe and compliant working environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing safety policies, conducting regular inspections, maintaining equipment records, and managing all documentation related to Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S). You will also play a key role in preparing for and participating in both internal and external EMS (Environmental Management System) and OH&S audits.

Key Responsibilities     Policy & Procedure Implementation:  Develop and implement comprehensive  safety policies & procedures  to ensure a secure workplace for all employees.
Inspections & Maintenance:  Conduct regular  inspections & maintaining equipment  records, identifying potential hazards and ensuring all machinery is safe for operation.
Documentation & Review:  Perform monthly  review of documents related to OH&S , ensuring all records are up-to-date and compliant with regulations.
Audit Management:  Actively  involve & preparation of EMS OH&S Internal & External Audit documents , working closely with relevant teams to ensure successful audit outcomes.
Qualifications    Proven experience as an  EHS Officer  or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of  safety policies & procedures .
Experience in conducting inspections and maintaining equipment records.
Familiarity with  EMS and OH&S Internal & External Audit  processes and documentation.
Skills    Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proactive approach to identifying and mitigating safety risks.
Effective communication skills for policy dissemination and audit coordination.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively to maintain high safety standards.
