Position Summary
We are seeking a high‑impact Sales Executive with deep experience selling clinical software solutions to cardiologists, cardiovascular service lines, and hospital networks. This role is responsible for driving new business, expanding key accounts, and positioning our platform as the preferred solution for cardiology practices, heart centers, and integrated delivery networks (IDNs).
The ideal candidate understands cardiology workflows, diagnostic decision‑making, reimbursement pressures, and the technology ecosystem that supports cardiovascular care.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close across cardiology practices, heart centers, and hospital cardiovascular departments.
Develop territory plans, pipeline forecasts, and account strategies aligned with revenue targets.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to cardiologists, electrophysiologists, interventional cardiologists, and clinical administrators.
Navigate complex sales involving clinical, IT, compliance, and procurement stakeholders.
Market Development
Identify and engage new cardiology groups, private practices, and hospital cardiovascular service lines.
Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in cardiology and leverage them for market expansion.
Represent the company at cardiology conferences (ACC, HRS, TCT, ASE, SCAI) and regional society meetings.
Clinical & Technical Expertise
Understand cardiology workflows including diagnostics, imaging, risk assessment, care coordination, and follow‑up management.
Translate clinical needs into software value propositions that resonate with physicians and administrators.
Partner with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence roadmap priorities.
Account Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for cardiology accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and long‑term retention.
Drive upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across the software suite.
Coordinate with implementation, support, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing to refine cardiology‑specific messaging and campaigns.
Collaborate with Clinical Affairs to develop case studies, white papers, and physician‑led webinars.
Partner with Finance and Legal to structure compliant, mutually beneficial agreements.

Qualifications
Required
5–10+ years of experience selling clinical software, SaaS, or digital health solutions to cardiologists or hospital cardiovascular departments.
Strong understanding of cardiology workflows, diagnostic pathways, and reimbursement models.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual revenue targets.
Experience selling into hospitals, IDNs, and physician groups.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel 40–60%.

Preferred
Existing relationships with cardiologists, cardiovascular administrators, and hospital decision‑makers.

Experience with EMR/EHR integrations, imaging systems, or clinical decision support tools.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in cardiovascular care.
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
