Manage CPD (Customer Process Documentation) process for Segment CDP.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality documentation to customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues related to documentation.
Develop and maintain processes for document control, review, and approval.
Provide training and support to team members on CPD procedures.
