We offer permanent, interim, fractional and cross border leadership hiring across:
Industrial, Consumer, Finance & Technology sectors. We also offer a series of non-search services to enable and empower the CXOs/HR/TA teams.
We are looking for one to two Inside Sales Specialists to set up meetings between our team and HR and Talent Acquisition leaders across India.
What you will do
Reach HR heads, TA heads, CHROs and business heads through calls, email and Linked In
Work from defined target lists by city and sector
Book qualified meetings for our field associates and senior partners
Log every conversation and meeting in our registration sheet
Who fits
2–6 years in B2B inside sales or appointment setting, ideally for HR, recruitment, consulting or professional services
Comfortable speaking with senior HR leaders by phone
Clear, professional written English;
Hindi is an advantage
Disciplined about follow-up and record-keeping
How you are paid
A fixed amount for every qualified meeting held
A share of the fee when a meeting you booked becomes an engagement
A monthly retainer once you consistently cross the monthly meeting target
