We are hiring for one of our reputed MNC client based in Pune.

We are looking for candidates with 5+ years of experience in Service Now Admin/ Developer.

Job Description:

- Strong conceptual and practical understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM) including Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM), asset lifecycle processes and ITIL‑aligned service management.
- In‑depth knowledge of Service Now platform with specific hands‑on exposure to CMDB, ITAM/HAM/SAM modules, discovery, integration patterns and reporting in a production multi‑instance or multi‑site environment.
- Familiarity with common discovery and inventory tools (e.g., SCCM/Config Mgr, Intune, JAMF, Flexera, OEM management tools, EDA vendor tools) and their integration to Service Now or similar ITAM platforms.
- Good understanding of software licensing concepts and metrics (user/device, concurrent, subscription, CPU/core, named vs floating, SaaS) and exposure to vendor audit practices, ideally including engineering, EDA, CAD, PLM and test and measurement vendors used in electronics design and manufacturing.
- Awareness of information security, data protection and compliance requirements related to asset management, including secure disposal, data wiping, regulatory expectations in manufacturing environments and local data residency requirements across regions.
- Familiarity with operational technology (OT) asset considerations and the intersection of IT and plant‑floor equipment management, particularly in electronics manufacturing contexts.
