The role of a Service Now Generative AI (GenAI) Developer is at the cutting edge of technology, combining expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning and the Service Now platform to create innovative solutions that transform workflows and business processes. This position is ideal for professionals passionate about leveraging AI-powered tools and technologies to drive automation, decision-making, and customer experiences.

Candidate must possess 3-5 years of experience in Service Now development and configuration. Hands-on experience in implementing AI solutions in enterprise environments. Previous projects involving generative AI applications, such as chatbots, automated workflows, or content generation.

Key Responsibilities , Requirements& Qualifications

As a Service Now GenAI Developer, your primary duties will include:

- Develop AI-driven solutions:
Implement generative AI models and solutions within the Service Now platform to enhance productivity and automate complex tasks.
- Build high-quality, clean, scalable and reusable code by enforcing software engineering best practices and processes
- High Automation is priority for our team - always look for opportunity to automate the monotonous and tedious work . Able to identify the automation areas that involves repetitive efforts and look for an efficient solution around for every piece of work.
- Strong knowledge around building automation scripts/ prompts using GenAI /AI/ ML capabilities.
- Customize Service Now modules:
Extend and tailor Service Now capabilities using GenAI for various domains, including IT Service Management (ITSM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), and Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Integrate AI and ML models:
Integrate third-party AI tools or develop proprietary machine learning models that align with Service Now's architecture and standards.
- Keep up with GenAI industry trends and emerging technologies to improve and evolve Service Now GenAI offerings for DT Platform Services Scope.
- Should be capable in building custom applications from scratch or configuring out-of-the-box apps and able to identify and implement the Automation use cases in an agile methodology
- Analyze data patterns:
Use AI to identify trends and insights that drive decision-making and enhance automated workflows.
- Ensure scalability:
Optimize AI solutions for scalability, ensuring they meet the needs of growing organizations while maintaining performance and reliability.
- Stay updated:
Keep abreast of advancements in generative AI, deep learning frameworks, and the capabilities of the Service Now platform.
- Support and troubleshooting:
Provide technical support for AI-driven applications and troubleshoot issues related to performance or functionality.

Key Technical Skills

- Service Now expertise:
Proficiency in developing and configuring Service Now modules, scripting (JavaScript), and working with APIs.
- AI and ML knowledge:
Strong understanding of generative AI concepts, machine learning algorithms, and frameworks such as Tensor Flow, PyTorch, or OpenAI technologies.
- Programming skills:
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Data handling:

Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model deployment.
- Cloud computing:
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI model hosting and integration.
- Certification CSA, CAD
