Company Overview
Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) play a central role in ENGIE’s long‑term strategy, driven by decarbonization, decentralization, and digitalization. These systems are essential to global clean‑energy goals, enabling greater flexibility by complementing renewable energy growth, replacing conventional generation (coal exit), stabilizing power grids (ancillary services), and storing surplus energy (arbitrage).
ENGIE is uniquely positioned to capitalize on these opportunities due to its global footprint, strong industrial expertise, and deep energy‑management capabilities. Through the Renewables and Flexible Generation (R&F‑GBU), ENGIE develops end‑to‑end solutions—from development and construction to operations, optimization, and delivery of flexible energy services.
ENGIE is committed to a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace. We ensure a professional environment free from discrimination or harassment, and all qualified applicants will receive equal consideration regardless of gender, identity, race, orientation, religion, disability, or veteran status.
