About the Role
We’re looking for an agile, hands-on Marketing Manager who can drive both strategy and execution. You’ll run integrated marketing across digital and offline channels to build awareness, generate demand, and support sales for Piab in India - working closely with our global teams.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Campaigns
- Own and execute the annual marketing plan with strong digital focus (SEO, SEM, social, email, automation, events), in collaboration with HQ.
- Analyze market, customer and competitor insights to identify opportunities.
- Plan and run multi-channel campaigns using automation and CRM tools to drive and manage leads.
Content, brand & sales enablement
- Manage website content and landing pages to improve UX, SEO and conversions.
- Create and coordinate content (blogs, case studies, social, videos, emailers, sales collateral).
- Develop and maintain sales enablement assets (presentations, one-pagers, case studies).
Collaboration & go-to-market
- Localize global campaigns, product launches and messaging for the Indian market.
- Support channel partners with campaigns and co-marketing activities.
- Translate technical product features into clear customer value and partner with sales on lead qualification.
Tools, AI & design
- Use modern marketing tools and generative AI to accelerate content and insights.
- Create visual assets using Canva, Figma or Adobe tools.
Budget, vendors & reporting
- Manage your marketing budget and coordinate with agencies/vendors for high-quality output.
- Track and report performance (traffic, leads, engagement, ROI), pipeline contribution and turn insights into actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or similar; MBA/PG a plus.
- 6+ years of marketing experience, including 4+ years in digital.
Required Skills
- Experience in fast-moving or scale-up environments with broad marketing ownership.
- Hands-on skills in SEO/SEM, social, analytics (GA4), email marketing and marketing automation/CRM (Hub Spot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot).
- Solid experience in producing high-quality visuals and content using tools like Canva/Figma/Adobe.
- Strong communicator with analytical skills and confidence in interpreting dashboards/KPIs.
- Positive, proactive and collaborative with a strong sense of ownership.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in managing marketing budgets and vendor relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
