Technical Lead who can drive architecture, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver cutting-edge applications using Full Stack + AI or Mendix technologies.
Must Haves:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- 3+ years in a senior/technical lead role
- Strong background in Full Stack development
- Frontend:
React, Angular, Vue, JavaScript/Type Script
- Backend:
Node.js, Java, Python, .NET
- Experience in either AI/ML (model building, deployment) OR Mendix (enterprise app development)
- Strong fundamentals in Java/C++/Python
- Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD, Git, Docker, testing automation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- For AI:
Tensor Flow, PyTorch, NLP, Computer Vision, MLOps
- For Mendix:
Advanced Certification, SAP/ERP integration
- Experience leading hybrid or distributed teams
- Experience across BOTH Mendix & AI (major advantage!)
