Brief Introduction:
We are a team of dynamic individuals who aim to improve customer experience with the applied data and business analytics. Openness to change and shift between different analytics engagement would be the ideal mindset for this job. You would be expected to use state-of-the-art analytics techniques & automations that can create WOW factor. This position will suit you well if you love analytical data-based problem solving, work in the areas of advanced data analytics to provide consulting to pharmaceutical clients.
Responsibilities:
Product Deployment & Client Delivery
Lead  end-to-end deployment  of analytics products across client sites, including onboarding, configuration, validation, and go‑live support.
Gather, analyze, and interpret client requirements; translate them into product configurations and deployment workflows.
Conduct  User Acceptance Testing (UAT)  to ensure functional accuracy, performance reliability, and business alignment.
Provide product walkthroughs, training, and enablement sessions to client stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Act as the central liaison between  engineering, data teams, solution architects, and client leads  to ensure smooth deployment and timely issue resolution.
Work closely with internal analytics, data science, and technical teams to align client needs with product capabilities.
Product Quality & Continuous Improvement
Identify gaps, edge cases, or improvement opportunities during deployments and feed them into the product roadmap.
Collaborate with product development to contribute to version planning, enhancements, and feature prioritization.
Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring consistent communication, expectation management, and risk mitigation.
Independently handle escalations, deployment blockers, and decision-making in alignment with client leadership.
Strengthen client partnerships by driving product adoption, usage insights, and delivery excellence.
Required Skills & Experience
6–8 years  of experience in product management, product implementation, or analytics product deployment.
Strong understanding of  analytics, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), SQL, and data workflows .
Hands-on experience with  cloud-based reporting environments  (AWS/Azure) preferred.
Proven track record in  client-facing delivery , including requirement gathering, solution mapping, UAT, and deployment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to manage multiple deployments simultaneously in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Experience in  pharma/life sciences analytics  is desirable.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Data/Analytics, Life Sciences, or related fields.
Master’s degree (MBA, M.Tech, MS Analytics, or similar) .
