Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager with experience in building and scaling Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Model (LLM)-based products. In this role, you will lead product strategy, roadmaps, and delivery for AI/LLM-centric platforms that help enterprise clients govern, validate, monitor, and operationalize AI responsibly will work closely with cross-functional teams — engineering, data science, UX, compliance, risk experts, and sales — to craft differentiated products that align with market needs, regulatory expectations, and technological advances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmaps for GenAI/LLM-based solutions aligned with business goals and customer needs.
- Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and customer discovery to identify opportunities in regulated AI governance, validation, monitoring, and LLM risk mitigation.
- Partner with enterprise customers (especially in financial services & Reg Tech) to gather requirements, validate hypotheses, and refine product direction.
- Translate business problems and regulatory drivers into clear product requirements and prioritized backlogs.
- Work closely with technical and data science leads to discuss architectures, validate technical feasibility, and inform trade-offs.
- Review technical specs, ensure alignment with AI best practices (e.g., hallucination detection, governance controls, observability), and contribute to technical decision making.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to define product positioning, enablement materials, and post-launch adoption strategies.
Key Requirements:
- 5–7 years of product management experience with demonstrable ownership of AI/ML-driven products, including GenAI/LLM features and workflows.
- Experience working on B2B enterprise platforms is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end AI product lifecycle — from data gathering, model evaluation, deployment, monitoring, to governance and compliance.
- Solid grasp of software development, data engineering, model validation, AI/ML fundamentals, LLM operations, and AI governance frameworks.
- Prior involvement with GenAI/LLM features such as prompt engineering, hallucination mitigation, embedding/RAG evaluation, observability, and performance optimisation.
- Excellent communicator — able to distill complex technical concepts into business outcomes for varied audiences, including clients and senior management.
- Experience collaborating with engineering, design, research, and cross-region teams to drive shared product outcomes.
