About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Planisware PPM Techno‑Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Planisware solutions within the Business Innovation Cloud. This role involves working closely with business and technical stakeholders to enable effective project portfolio management, resource planning, and budget governance across complex enterprise environments.

What Youll Do :

- In this role, you will be responsible for driving end‑to‑end Planisware solution delivery, ensuring the system effectively supports strategic portfolio planning, resource optimization, and financial visibility.
- Configure, customize, and support Planisware Enterprise and/or Planisware Orchestra applications
- Analyze business requirements related to project portfolios, resource management, budgeting, and innovation management (NPD)
- Design and implement PPM workflows aligned to organizational goals and governance models
- Troubleshoot application issues across browser, application server, and database layers
- Work with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless system usage and adoption
- Support integrations with other enterprise systems using APIs or interfaces
- Assist in system upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing optimization
- Provide user support, documentation, and knowledge transfer as required

Expertise You’ll Bring:

- You bring a strong balance of functional PPM knowledge and technical hands‑on expertise, along with the ability to operate effectively in complex enterprise and SaaS environments.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Planisware Enterprise and/or Planisware Orchestra
- Deep understanding of Project Portfolio Management concepts, including:
- Strategic Portfolio Management
- Resource and Budget Planning
- Innovation Management / New Product Development (NPD)
- Solid technical knowledge of SaaS platforms and three‑tier architecture (browser, app server, database)

- Experience with web servers such as IIS and Apache
- Working knowledge of databases including Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL
- Ability to configure, customize, and troubleshoot Planisware applications independently
- Exposure to integrations and APIs connecting Planisware with enterprise systems
- Familiarity with cloud, security, and SaaS deployment concepts

- Experience with Dev Ops tools and CI/CD pipelines (Azure Dev Ops preferred)
- Basic programming knowledge in JavaScript / Ajax for client‑side customization
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills
- Industry exposure to Aerospace, Automotive, Pharma, or related domains
- PMP or equivalent certification is preferred
