About the Job:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong technical foundation and a passion for driving high‑performing Agile teams. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in managing complex IT initiatives, leading multiple Scrum teams, and guiding organizations through Agile transformation at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple Scrum teams simultaneously, ensuring consistent delivery of high‑quality software products.
- Drive end-to-end Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and daily standups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, product owners, and technical leads to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Facilitate technical discussions leveraging a strong background in Java development and SDLC best practices.
- Apply Agile project management methodologies to drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and transparency across teams.
- Contribute to large-scale Agile programs, preferably in a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment.
- Develop and maintain project plans, risk assessments, and progress reports to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10–14 years of relevant IT industry experience.
- Minimum 6+ years in Project Management and/or Scrum Master roles.
- Strong hands-on background in Java development with the ability to engage effectively in technical discussions.
- Proven experience working across full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) teams.
- Ability to manage and coordinate at least two Scrum teams concurrently.
- Prior experience with large-scale, multi-team Agile projects using SAFe.
- Demonstrated expertise in project planning, execution, tracking, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Have
- Relevant certifications such as CSM, PSM, PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, etc.
- Experience in coaching teams on Agile mindset and maturity.
