Job Description

Cybage is seeking seasoned Solution Experts to join our Digital Product Engineering practice. This role seamlessly blends functional leadership with solution architecture and product strategy. As a Functional Solution Owner, you will drive client engagements by leading product discovery, shaping strategic roadmaps, and translating complex business needs into scalable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Discovery & Strategy:
Drive product discovery, requirements definition, and feature prioritization for key client engagements.
- Client Facilitation:
Facilitate workshops and product discussions to define vision, scope, and delivery roadmaps.
- Solution Design:
Translate business objectives into functional and high-level technical designs aligned with modern digital, cloud, and AI architectures.
- Technical

Collaboration:

Partner closely with engineering, data, and cloud teams to ensure feasibility and delivery alignment.
- Artifact Creation:
Develop comprehensive solution documentation, including user journeys, functional specifications, and high-level architecture diagrams.
- Presales Support:
Contribute to solution strategies, proposals, and client presentations to support business development.
- Strategic Advisory:
Advise stakeholders on digital product capabilities, Cloud-native approaches, and AI-driven solution patterns.
- Team Leadership:
Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and quality; mentor junior BAs and solution consultants.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, Solution Architect, or Presales Consultant.
- Strong background in functional solutioning and product-centric delivery models.
- Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and a solid understanding of AI/ML solution concepts.
- Proven ability to lead product discussions, prioritize features, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments in a Product Owner or solution leadership capacity.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to conceptualize end-to-end digital solutions spanning application, data, and cloud layers.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience as a Product Manager or Solution Architect within digital transformation initiatives.
- Exposure to enterprise-level Cloud and AI programs.
- Relevant Cloud or Product certifications are a plus.
- Demonstrated experience supporting presales and proposal development efforts.
