Who This Role Is For

We’re looking for engineers who:

- Ship fast, but don’t ship sloppy
- Think in product outcomes, not just tickets
- Can own a feature end-to-end (frontend + backend + data)
- Care deeply about UX, reliability, and performance
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, copilots, etc.) to move faster and smarter

What You’ll Work On

- Build product features across Next.js / React + Node.js (and Python where needed)
- Design and implement APIs, workflows, and data pipelines that power AI-driven experiences
- Improve performance, reliability, and observability (you build it, you own it)
- Collaborate closely with product/design from spec → release
- Write clean, testable code and raise engineering quality across the board

You Should Know (or Be Ready to Learn Fast)

- Strong fundamentals in JavaScript/Type Script, React, Node.js
- API design, auth, async systems, background jobs
- SQL basics (Postgres preferred), data modeling mindset
- Debugging in production: logs, traces, metrics, incident thinking
- Comfort working in ambiguity and turning ideas into shipped features

Bonus Points

- Experience with SaaS / B2B platforms
- Familiarity with queues (BullMQ, etc.), caching, and performance tuning
- Experience building AI-driven or data-heavy products
- Exposure to Mar Tech / Ads platforms (Google/Meta/Amazon)
