What You'll Do:

- Design, implement, and maintain scalable data engineering solutions across all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical design documents.
- Ensure high performance, reliability, and maintainability of data applications.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Provide application support and demonstrate flexibility in working hours when required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and adopt emerging technologies.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- Hands-on experience with Databricks, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and PySpark.
- Proficiency in working with relational and/or No

SQL databases.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience with Snowflake, Data Stage, or SSIS.
- Familiarity with the Healthcare domain and its data standards.
- Quick adaptability to AI tools and accelerators.
- Exposure to cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
