Job Summary:

We are looking for a SailPoint Identity & Access Management (IAM) Developer to play a hands-on role in designing, developing, and enhancing enterprise IAM solutions using SailPoint Identity

IQ. This role will support large-scale IAM onboarding initiatives and strengthen the organization’s identity and access security posture.

The candidate will work closely with security, application, and engineering teams to integrate diverse applications and systems, define identity objects, and implement secure provisioning and governance workflows aligned with regulatory and security best practices.

II.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and enhance IAM solutions using SailPoint Identity

IQ.
- Develop and configure custom integrations with enterprise applications, systems, and directories using SailPoint connectors and APIs.
- Define and implement IAM objects such as Entitlements, IT Roles, Business Roles, Provisioning Rules, and Assignment Rules.
- Ensure data synchronization and seamless communication between SailPoint and integrated systems.
- Customize workflows, forms, rules, policies, and reports to meet business and security requirements.
- Support Joiner / Mover / Leaver (JML) lifecycle workflows and approval processes.
- Ensure IAM solutions comply with security best practices and relevant regulatory standards.
- Participate in IAM onboarding projects, including requirements gathering and use case definition.
- Develop and execute unit testing for integrations, aggregation, provisioning, and de-provisioning processes.
- Manage source code, builds, and documentation for audit and compliance reporting.
- Produce detailed technical documentation, including solution designs, configurations, and integration details.
- Champion problem management, perform root cause analysis, and drive long-term resolution of IAM incidents.
- Collaborate effectively with leadership, engineers, and cross-functional teams in a global delivery environment.

III. Years of

Experience:

- 8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management.
- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity

IQ and enterprise IAM implementations.

IV. Educational Qualification & Certifications (Optional):

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
- SailPoint certifications or IAM/security-related certifications are an added advantage.

V. Skill Set

Required:

Must Have:

- Hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity

IQ.
- Experience onboarding diverse applications into an IGA solution, including provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, and entitlement management.
- Strong experience with SailPoint workflows (Joiner / Mover / Leaver).
- Experience developing integrations using APIs and SailPoint connectors.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, identity lifecycle management, and governance.
- Experience producing technical documentation and supporting compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

- Experience working in large-scale enterprise or GCC IAM programs.
- Exposure to security compliance frameworks and regulatory standards.
- Experience working with leadership and senior engineering teams.
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and source control in IAM projects.
