Role Summary
Celoxis is looking for a data-driven Marketing Manager with nearly 8 years of experience to lead our growth engine. In this role, you will move beyond tactical execution to own the strategic roadmap for our global market presence. You will bridge the gap between product innovation and market demand, ensuring that Celoxis remains the top choice for enterprises seeking robust PPM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & GTM Execution
- Strategy:
Develop and own the annual marketing roadmap, aligning B2B SaaS strategies with Celoxis’s revenue goals.
- Market Intelligence:
Conduct continuous competitive analysis to identify shifts in the project management landscape and uncover new opportunities for expansion.
2. Demand Generation & Funnel Optimization
- Full-Funnel Management:
Oversee the end-to-end sales funnel, from acquisition (MQLs) to nurturing and conversion (SQLs).
- Campaign Execution:
Orchestrate multi-channel campaigns (SEO/SEM, Linked In Ads, Email Automation, Webinars) targeting mid-market and enterprise decision-makers.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM):
Partner with Sales to design bespoke campaigns for high-value enterprise accounts.
3. Content Strategy & Thought Leadership
- Asset Creation:
Guide the production of high-leverage content—including whitepapers on resource management, client success stories, and solution guides—to establish authority.
- Product Messaging:
Translate complex technical PPM features into compelling business benefits for C-level executives (CIOs, PMO Heads).
4. Leadership & Analytics
- Data-Driven Decisions:
Monitor CAC, LTV, and ROI. Report performance to executive stakeholders with actionable insights to optimize spend.
- Team Mentorship:
Lead and mentor junior marketing team members and manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure budget efficiency.
Required
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience:
7–8 years of marketing experience, with at least 4 years specifically in B2B SaaS or the Enterprise Software sector.
- Tech Stack:
Strong hands-on experience with Marketing Automation (e.g., Hub Spot/Marketo) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce/Zoho). Ability to leverage these tools for funnel analysis, lead scoring, and campaign reporting.
- Communication:
Exceptional ability to distill complex software capabilities into clear, persuasive executive summaries and copy.
- Leadership:
Proven track record of managing budgets and leading small teams or external contractors to success.
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in marketing/business; MBA is an advantage.
