DLP Architect

About Position:

We are looking for an experienced Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Architect with strong expertise in Proof points suite of products. The ideal candidate will lead complex implementations, act as a trusted advisor to customers, and ensure robust information protection strategies across multiple vendor platforms. While Proofpoint expertise is mandatory, experience with Microsoft Purview and other DLP solutions is highly desirable.

What You'll Do:

- Serve as a trusted advisor by engaging with customers to understand organizational structures, workflows, and business priorities. Deploy and configure Proofpoint Enterprise DLP across email, cloud, and endpoint environments.

- Deploy and configure Proofpoint Enterprise DLP across email, cloud, and endpoint environments.
- Implement Insider Threat Management (ITM) solutions to monitor user behavior and detect risky activities.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, product management, and external partners to capture, track, and resolve customer requirements effectively.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and successful project delivery.
- Define, document, and maintain best practices, processes, templates, and solution architectures for managed services teams.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- Hands-on expertise with Proofpoint’s Data Protection portfolio (Email DLP, ITM, CASB).
- Mandatory Hands-on expertise with Proofpoint’s Data Protection portfolio (Email DLP, ITM, CASB).
- Additional Skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft Purview DLP, Microsoft Defender, Defender for Cloud Apps, and Office 365 Security.
- Familiarity with other leading data protection platforms such as Symantec DLP and cloud-based security services.
- Solid background in Incident Management, with a proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards including PCI DSS, GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams.
