About Position:

We are looking for a Principal GenAI Architect who can lead the design of scalable, enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions. The role requires strong architectural judgment, hands-on GenAI expertise, and the ability to guide teams toward technical excellence.

What You'll Do:

- Design and architect end-to-end generative AI solutions that meet business requirements and scale effectively.
- Lead technical decision-making for GenAI platform architecture, including model selection, infrastructure decisions, and system integration patterns.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams delivering GenAI solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, architects, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Establish architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices for generative AI implementations across projects.
- Ensure security, compliance, cost efficiency, and reliability of AI systems deployed in production.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- Strong understanding of GenAI fundamentals and hands-on experience with at least one leading GenAI platform (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google AI).
- Proficiency in prompt engineering and LLM optimization techniques.
- Strong analytical ability to evaluate trade-offs across design alternatives (performance, cost, scalability, maintainability, time-to-market).
- Experience creating architecture documents, technical diagrams, and stakeholder presentations.
- Cloud expertise with AWS / Azure / GCP, including serverless computing, containerization, cost optimization, and cloud security best practices.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing strategies, and Dev Ops practices for AI/ML workloads.
- Understanding of monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Lang Smith, Langfuse) to product ionize AI systems.
- Strong grounding in software engineering best practices: coding standards, code reviews, documentation, and agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of design patterns, clean architecture principles, and AI-specific testing approaches.
- Proven experience in designing and deploying RAG architectures, including vector stores (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma

DB), embedding strategies, chunking logic, semantic retrieval, and hybrid search.
- Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams in complex technical environments.
