We are looking for an experienced Business Architect / Product Owner with strong hands-on expertise in Pega BPM. The role focuses on requirement ownership, stakeholder management, and end-to-end delivery of BPM solutions in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and drive business requirements from initiation to closure
- Gather, analyze, and document requirements; convert them into clear user stories
- Manage and prioritize product backlog using Microsoft Azure Dev Ops (ADO)
- Work closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure alignment and timely execution
- Support estimations, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure effective user experience design
- Facilitate workshops and requirement discussions using tools like MIRO
- Track delivery progress and communicate status to stakeholders

Required

Skills & Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience as Business Architect / Product Owner / Business Analyst
- Strong hands-on experience with Pega BPM
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Azure Dev Ops (ADO) for backlog and requirement tracking
- Excellent stakeholder communication and management skills
- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery model
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and exposure to UI design tools
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

- Pega Business Architect (PBA) Certification
- Exposure to automation or integration platforms
- CBAP or equivalent BA certification
