About Position:

This role is responsible for providing end‑to‑end cloud engineering and operational support across AWS and Azure environments. You will manage cloud accounts, security, networking, cost optimization, and day‑to‑day operations for R&D teams. The position requires a strong focus on cloud governance, operational excellence, and timely support for incidents and user requests.

What You'll Do:

- Create and manage R&D user accounts using IAM Identity Center integrated with Entra .
- Design and implement least‑privilege roles for secure access management.
- Define and enforce standard resource templates for tagging and cost allocation.
- Configure VPCs, subnets, and network policies to ensure secure connectivity for new accounts.
- Implement and maintain security and spend policies across AWS and Azure.
- Continuously optimize cloud usage, governance, and cost efficiency.
- Provide engineering and operational support for R&D teams, handling incidents and requests promptly.
- Understand cloud architecture and security requirements; implement remediations as directed by the architecture team.
- Manage day‑to‑day operations including provisioning, policy updates, monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation for processes, standards, and operational workflows.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 3+ years of experience in cloud engineering or cloud operations across AWS.
- Active cloud certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect and Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security, access control, and governance best practices.
- Hands-on expertise in IAM Identity Center, Entra , VPC/network configurations, and resource tagging frameworks.
- Experience implementing least‑privilege roles, policies, and operational guardrails.
- Good understanding of cost optimization, budgeting, and cloud spend management.
- Ability to troubleshoot cloud networking, access issues, and operational incidents.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem‑solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills for working with both technical and non‑technical teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a distributed global team.
