Position
- Procurement Operations Analyst - Workday
Must have:
- Procurements with Workday Finance systems
- Help end use create requisitions and invoices, enable/onboard suppliers and Cat Log on workday.
- Broad knowledge of procurement, sourcing, category management and vendor management
- Ability to manage functional issues and work with IT team to troubleshoot integration issues - Level 1
- Good communication

Shift Timings: 2 PM-11 PM IST
Job Location -Pune (Contract)
POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for
1) Daily procurement operational administrative system tasks for sourcing and procurement, like creation of requisitions and Invoices on Workday Finance
2) Enabling the system through content creation (e.g. catalogs); identifying and working with suppliers that can provide the content, and help training on using the supplier portal.
3) Providing support to the business for procurement system related matters, maintaining effective communication & interface with the organization as needed
4) Maintaining a high-level knowledge of all procurement, supplier, contract management and sourcing solution suites
5) Assist in monitoring Procure 2 Pay (P2P) systems compliance and assist with process documentation
6) Assist in maintaining approval workflows, user maintenance, user training and reporting.

b.EIB template upload and Invoice reconciliation
c.PO adjustments and closing
d.Receipt Accruals and RNI
4)
Other Support
a.Diversity spend
b.Reporting for internal audit
c.Identify and facilitate supplier spend savings opportunities
Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Experience in procurement, supply chain, or AP operational support roles
• Experience on Workday Finance P2P Software
• Experience with leading eProcurement platforms with and emphasis on upstream and enablement.
• Broad knowledge of procurement, sourcing, category management and vendor management
• Experience with ERP and middleware integration support desired
• Ability to manage functional issues and work with IT team to troubleshoot integration issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
