We are looking for an experienced SAP Roll-out Lead to manage and drive global SAP S/4
HANA rollout initiatives across multiple locations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP implementations, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in complex, multi-country environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP rollout projects from planning to go-live and hypercare
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate with cross-functional business and IT teams
- Handle requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization
- Ensure strong cross-module integration and alignment with business processes
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management
- Support knowledge transfer and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in SAP rollout, implementation, or support projects
- Minimum 3–5 end-to-end SAP rollouts, preferably in global environments
- Strong experience in SAP S/4
HANA (ECC knowledge is a plus)
- Hands-on exposure to SAP Fiori
- Good understanding of cross-module integration (MM, SD, FI, PP, etc.)
- Experience working on international / multi-location projects
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum and traditional project management methodologies
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
