Sr. AI Engineer

About Position:

We are looking for an experienced and talented GenAI Developer to join our growing data competency team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working with GEN AI , ML ,Lang Chain, Lang Graph, GenAI Architecture Strategy, Prompt engineering. You will work closely with our data analysts, engineers, and business teams to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and availability of our data pipelines and analytics.

What You'll Do:

- Develop scientific ML Models, processes, to extract knowledge or insights to Perform data analysis to support and develop ML analytical models.
- Perform analysis to support the deployment of ML models across containerized environment
- Improve the quality and actual implementation of computational algorithms and tools
- Good working demonstrable knowledge of supervised and unsupervised ML algorithms.
- Define product requirements for analytics and provide feedback to the product team on ways in which product may be improved.
- Dealing with large amounts of data and extract knowledge or insight to analyze fraud / AML cases obtained from clients and flag off any inconsistencies.
- Identify and improve the model performance / Model delivery time of previously delivered models with the help of advanced computational algorithms and tools .
- Staying informed about developments in Data Science and adjacent fields to ensure that outputs are always relevant and drive the continuous improvement of Ways of Working of the Data Science and analytics.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8+ years hands-on Data Science/Machine Learning, GenAI, and MLOps experience (must have productionized models).
- While Databricks & Spark experience is a plus, MLflow experience is a requirement
- 3+ years of implementation experience as a customer facing consultant
