The role
Lead and support Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and enhancements with focus on:
Time and Labor (OTL) with project costing
Payroll (Core Payroll, Fast Formulas, Costing)
Absence Management
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
Develop and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) reports and templates.
Design and support HCM Extracts for integrations, payroll, and reporting needs .
Support inbound and outbound integrations related to Payroll, Time, and Absence.
Provide technical documentation and support migration across environments.
Required
Skills & Qualifications
6-8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM
Strong functional knowledge of:
Time and Labor (OTL)
Payroll
Absence Management
Hands-on experience with:
BI Publisher (BIP) reports
HCM Extracts
What you'll bring
Proven expertise in your area by virtue of which you can contribute to growth of practice. Subject matter expert who can increase the competency in said technology and act as mentor to other team members.
Be at the forefront of the exiting journey Hitachi Digital Solutions has undertaken and contribute immensely through your consulting skills for internal as well as external customers.
