About the Role
Own the implementation and reliability of tracking across multiple integration types.
Translate high-level integration plans into clean, validated setups.
Act as the primary technical contact for onboarding, testing, and issue resolution.
Build proactive checks to detect event gaps or ingestion failures early.

Responsibilities
Implement and validate tracking across postbacks, Shopify, affiliate platforms,  GTM/JS pixels,  and file-based integrations.
Troubleshoot issues across tags, events, postbacks, and data files with a structured approach.
Guide clients through onboarding, testing, and fixing integration challenges.
Build early-warning checks for event gaps and ingestion issues.
Work closely with internal teams responsible for campaign auditing, client onboarding and data ingestion.
Troubleshooting and stability
Diagnose issues across client sites, tracking tags, postback URLs, file formats, and event mapping.
Reproduce issues, validate fixes, and ensure successful end-to-end data flow.
Build early detection checks for ingestion failures and misfiring events.
Client communication
Integrations
Lead all technical communication related to integrations and testing.
Explain issues and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical users.
Escalate only structural or platform-level risks when required.

Qualifications & Required Skills
Strong experience with web and front-end technologies,  JavaScript pixels,  postbacks, Shopify events,  GTM , and affiliate tracking platforms.
Ability to debug scripts, URL parameters, and network calls.
4–7 years in Tech Ops, AdOps engineering, performance tracking.
Excellent communication skills and comfortable handling client-facing technical conversations.
