Servicenow Business Analyst

What will your role look like
Lead requirement discovery workshops, process walkthroughs, and gap analysis sessions across multiple business functions
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand current-state and define future-state processes
Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications, epics, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria
Conceptualize and document end-to-end business processes, workflows, and data flows within the Service Now platform
Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure accurate requirement interpretation and delivery

We would like you to bring along
Strong understanding of Service Now data models, workflows, and integration capabilities
Proven experience in requirement gathering, functional analysis, and documentation
Hands-on experience writing BRDs, FRDs, functional design documents, epics, and user stories
Excellent business communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills
Ability to analyze gaps, propose functional solutions, and align outcomes with business objectives

Good-to-have skills
Service Now CSA certification (preferred)
Experience working in agile or SAFe delivery models
Exposure to multiple Service Now modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or GRC
