The consultant will work closely with HR, IT security, audit, and functional teams to establish robust RBAC architecture that supports workforce operations while maintaining strong governance and regulatory alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement RBAC architecture in Oracle Fusion HCM
Configure and maintain job roles, data roles, abstract roles, and duty roles
Conduct role design workshops with HR and business stakeholders
Perform security impact analysis for new HCM modules and changes
Ensure Segregation of Duties (SoD) compliance and audit readiness
Develop access governance frameworks and approval workflows
Manage user provisioning and role lifecycle
Support quarterly access reviews and audit requirements
Troubleshoot access issues and security defects
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations affecting security
Document security models, role matrices, and operating procedures
Support Fusion updates and regression testing for security
Required
Skills & Qualifications
6+ years Oracle experience, including 3+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM security
Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion RBAC framework
Hands-on experience with:
Security Console
Role provisioning
Data security policies
HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent preferred)
Strong understanding of SoD controls and audit frameworks
Experience supporting enterprise-scale HCM implementations
Ability to translate business requirements into secure role designs
Strong stakeholder communication skills
