Accendra Health is seeking an experienced Technical Lead for Salesforce Marketing Cloud to implement and optimize Marketing Cloud solutions. This role focuses on technical leadership, assisting with solution architecture & design, and working on hands-on development. The Technical Lead will ensure best practices, scalability, and alignment with business objectives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Job Location -Pune (Hybrid)
Must have skill:
7+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem with at least 3 years in Marketing Cloud
Tech Lead development SFMC developments and campaigns email, push notifications,
global campaign
Strong hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud Studios & Builders, most importantly Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder and Automation Studio, and ideally Cloud Pages and Mobile Studio.
Mobile Studio, including SMS/MMS configuration, short code, keyword management, mobile opt-in/opt-out flows, and Push Notifications for mobile app engagement.
Proficient in Web Studio, managing landing pages, microsites, and form capture experiences using Cloud Pages, Smart Capture forms, AMPscript, and SSJS.
Strong hands-on experience with Cloud Pages, including dynamic content rendering, data capture flows, preference centers, and custom API-based interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions across multiple projects.

• Collaborate & assist in defining solution architecture, technical standards, and best practices for Marketing Cloud implementations.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

• Develop, maintain & support integrations between Marketing Cloud and enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce CRM, Snowflake).

• Provide technical expertise and support during complex development initiatives and solving complex issues / critical incidents affecting business.

• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.

• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and performance standards.

• Communicate effectively with project & support teams and stakeholders on technical progress and risks.

• Help manage SLAs and KPIs for support operations and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.

• Drive adoption of Marketing Cloud capabilities and promote user enablement through technical guidance and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem with at least 3 years in Marketing Cloud.

• Strong hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud Studios & Builders, most importantly Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder and Automation Studio, and ideally Cloud Pages and Mobile Studio.

• Expertise in Mobile Studio, including SMS/MMS configuration, short code, keyword management, mobile opt-in/opt-out flows, and Push Notifications for mobile app engagement.

• Proficient in Web Studio, managing landing pages, microsites, and form capture experiences using Cloud Pages, Smart Capture forms, AMPscript, and SSJS.

• Strong hands-on experience with Cloud Pages, including dynamic content rendering, data capture flows, preference centers, and custom API-based interactions.

• Experience in managing technical teams and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.

• Knowledge of data modeling, API integrations, and enterprise architecture principles.

• Excellent problem-solving and technical communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality solutions.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams

Work Hours

This role requires working in India Standard Time (IST) hours during a portion of US hours to ensure seamless collaboration with the US team and global stakeholders.
