About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and pragmatic SDLC Process & Quality Lead to join our PMO Delivery Governance function. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring delivery excellence and consistency across our global project portfolio. You will be the Process Champion , defining the standards and tooling that empower our teams to deliver high-quality outcomes efficiently.
Required Skills & Expertise
Technical & Domain Expertise
Extensive Experience (8-12 Yrs): Proven background in SDLC, QA, PMO, or Consulting .
Methodology Mastery: Strong, practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and Dev Ops practices.
Process Design: Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and governing templates and process frameworks at an enterprise level.
Full Lifecycle Understanding: Deep understanding of the full requirements, testing, integrations, and the unique challenges of the Data and AI lifecycle . (Experience in Data and Analytics projects is a significant plus.)
Documentation: Exceptional and strong documentation skills geared towards clarity and governance.
Personality & Leadership Fit
Process Champion: Must be a proactive advocate for quality and standardization.
Practical Mindset:
Not bureaucratic — must approach governance practically, balancing compliance with delivery speed.
Influencer: Proven ability to push teams for process adherence without friction (a critical success factor).
Consulting Acumen: Possesses a consulting mindset focused on creating valuable, client-friendly deliverables.
Global Coordinator: Excellent skills in offshore coordination and managing stakeholders across global time zones.
Core Responsibilities & Impact
As the SDLC Process & Quality Lead, you will:
SDLC Ownership:
Own and maintain the enterprise JBS SDLC, delivery templates, and compliance standards.
Process Definition: Define and evolve cutting-edge delivery processes encompassing Agile, Dev Ops, and GenAI methodologies .
Quality Governance: Design and implement robust delivery checklists and quality gates to ensure consistent delivery quality across all projects.
Tooling Integration:
Integrate standard delivery templates and compliance checks directly into project tooling workflows, specifically Jira/ADO .
Compliance & Audit: Conduct regular monthly compliance audits and maintain the process repository on platforms like Confluence/SharePoint .
Enablement: Develop and deliver training programs for Project Managers (PMs), Business Analysts (BAs), Developers, and Contractors.
Reporting: Track key Delivery KPIs and produce comprehensive governance dashboards for leadership.
