Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Sourcer to support our IT consulting and talent acquisition teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience identifying, engaging, and qualifying technical talent across multiple technologies, platforms, and project environments. Exposure to sourcing IT professionals for manufacturing sector requirements will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Source and identify qualified IT professionals through job portals, Linked In,
Understand technical job descriptions and map required skills, tools, and experience levels.
Evaluate candidates’ experience in technologies, programming languages, platforms, and project environments.
Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and account teams to meet sourcing targets.
Stay updated on current IT technologies, hiring trends, and talent market availability.
Required Technical Understanding
Hands-on familiarity with sourcing profiles across areas such as:
Programming
Languages:
Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript, C++, etc.
Web & Frameworks: React, Angular, Node.js, Spring, Django, etc.
Cloud & Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, Dev Ops tools, Kubernetes, Docker
Data & Analytics: SQL, Data Engineering, BI tools, AI/ML basics
Enterprise Systems: ERP, CRM, SAP, Salesforce (as applicable)
Project Environments: Agile, Scrum, product development, support, implementation
Required Skills
Strong understanding of IT terminology, tools, and technology stacks
Excellent search and Boolean sourcing skills
