Roles & Responsibilities :
Business knowledge of Finance and ORG structure and ability to converse with customer business teams, and drive discovery sessions.
Well-versed with SAP methodology:
Discover / Prepare / Explore / Deploy / Realize / Deploy – Operate (AMS). Hands-on with SAP Solution Manager / Tricentis / other Testing tools.
Ability to independently conduct Explore workshops with customers using SAP Best Practices / relevant SAP Model Company
Well versed with SHOW & TELL approach:
Install SAP Best practices, conduct customer workshop to capture delta from SAP Standards, revalidate delta with Customer, Documentation, and Sign-off.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and map their business requirements related to SAP FI and related extensions.
Lead / Manage / Review SAP FI teams from discovery through implementation and GO-LIVE.
Worked / Exposed to ORG structure (Critical area), Company, CA, BA, CoA, FISCAL year / Calendar year. Well-versed with GL, Parallel Ledger, Special purpose Ledger, AP, AP, Bank Accounting including SWIFT integration, BA, AA, Revenue and CA, Contract and lease management, Funds, Payroll integration, basic Credit Management, Corporate Tax, Intercompany billing, Group Reporting.
Exposure to Financial closing cockpit, Flex RE, Central Finance, JVA, and Financial Supply Chain topics (TRM, Credit Management, Debit Management, etc).
Ability to document functional specifications (WRICEF) and validate Tech specifications and WRICEF objects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test E2E process involving other key modules viz. MM, SD, CO, PP, CRM, TM, GTS.
Exposure to testing tools and experience in manual and Automated testing, and writing test scripts.
Handling customer documentation, SIGN-OFF on project deliverables

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP FI-CO.
Minimum of 2 full-cycle SAP FI implementation projects.
Proficient in SAP FI configuration and customization management.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
SAP certification in the SAP FI is a plus.

Preferred

Skills:

- Experience with SAP S/4

HANA.
Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications.
Experience in industries such as Manufacturing, Automotive, FMCG, Retail
