Build High-Performance Commerce Experiences.

We’re looking for someone who understands ecommerce as both science and experience — someone who obsesses over conversion, customer journeys, product visibility, and operational excellence.

This role owns day-to-day ecommerce performance across Shopify and quick commerce channels. You’ll work at the intersection of growth, merchandising, and operations to deliver seamless, high-performing customer experiences.

What You’ll Own

Performance & Growth
Own ecommerce performance across Shopify — traffic, CVR, AOV, and GMV.
Maintain and publish weekly ecommerce scorecards with clear insights and action plans.
Identify growth opportunities across product pages, offers, and customer journeys.
Run experiments to improve conversion and basket value.
Digital Storefront & Merchandising
Manage product listings, collections, pricing, and promotional setup on Shopify.
Maintain trade calendar including product launches, campaign drops, and site refreshes.
Monitor SKU performance, stock health, and merchandising priorities.

Quick Commerce Excellence
Manage and optimize presence across quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart or similar).
Ensure strong product visibility, availability, pricing, and inventory health.
Track platform performance metrics including availability, fill rate, and sales contribution.
Partner with operations to ensure fast and reliable fulfillment.
Agency & Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with performance marketing agencies (Meta, Google, CRM, Creative) on briefs, experiments, and reporting.
Work with Ops and CX teams to improve checkout experience, delivery performance, and reduce RTO.
Lead weekly business reviews with clear ownership and timelines.

Who You Are
2–4 years of brand-side experience in a D2C business.
Hands-on with Shopify Admin — products, collections, pricing, promotions.
Experience working with quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.).
Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with numbers and targets.
High ownership mindset with strong execution speed.
Detail-oriented with strong coordination skills.
Success in the First 90 Days
Improve CVR by +0.3–0.5 pp across key PDPs.
Increase AOV by 10% through bundling and offer strategies.
Reduce COD RTO to ≤12% through improved confirmation flows.
Maintain D+1 ship rate ≥95% in collaboration with operations.
Establish strong performance visibility for quick commerce channels.
